Why Join? Affluent Dynamics is a marketing and issues-based research organization that provides valuable analysis and insight to some of the world’s largest corporations, financial institutions, publications and professional advisor organizations. Our unique value stems from integrating a deep understanding of the financial markets and the investment community with sophisticated marketing research techniques and analytics.

To date we have created dedicated online Panels for two important investor constituencies: affluent investors and financial advisors. Members of the Affluent-Dynamics Panel of Affluent Investors and the Affluent-Dynamics Financial Advisor Panel participate in customized research surveys to discern their attitudes toward such topics as investing trends, corporate governance issues, opportunities and challenges for shareholders, and other key issues. Most of this research is conducted online through our private and highly secure servers. Occasionally, Panel members participate in one-on-one telephone interviews.

Information provided by Panel members is always confidential and only reported on an aggregate basis, never on an individual basis. Moreover, our Panels are used for research purposes only. Panelists are never approached for sales solicitation or other marketing purposes.

In addition to the research we conduct with individual affluent investors and financial advisors, our corporate clients occasionally ask us to conduct research with institutional investors. To meet those requests, we have created the Affluent-Dynamics Institutional Investor Panel.

Members of our Institutional Investor Panel are professional investors who participate in occasional online surveys about topics such as those described above plus more complex subjects that might include, for example, financial reporting, disclosure, regulatory actions, accounting regulations, and valuation determinants.

This is a private Panel that is comprised exclusively of institutional investors and analysts and is completely separate from the other Affluent-Dynamics Panels.

How Affluent Dynamics conducts research with its Institutional Investor Panel:

Corporate clients engage Affluent Dynamics to conduct research with the Panel on an agreed-upon range of financial and investment topics. Panel members who complete these research surveys receive incentives as described below.

Panel member research. In addition to the custom research we conduct for our corporate clients, Affluent Dynamics occasionally conducts in-depth research for the benefit of the Panel members themselves.

Panel members may suggest issues to be researched; Affluent Dynamics provides the research expertise to field the studies and analyze the results. This research focuses on key issues that are important to Affluent-Dynamics Institutional Investor Panel members in the areas of investing trends, changes in industry regulations, corporate governance, etc.

Detailed reports will be available only to Affluent-Dynamics Institutional Investor Panel members while executive summary reports may be shared with the media. (Since Affluent Dynamics receives no compensation for this Panel-member research, there are no incentives given to participants who complete these surveys).

1	*Earn Frequent Flyer Miles…Panelists receive 3,000 frequent flyer miles for every client-sponsored online survey they complete or telephone interview in which they participate.**
2	Access to Research Findings (for surveys driven by Panel-member requested topics)… By participating in occasional research surveys that arise out of requests from Panel-members, Panelists will have access to the survey results and reports. This research is unique to the industry and provides Panel members with valuable insight into key issues affecting their business.

The frequent flyer reward program works as follows for Panel members: For every online survey you complete or focus group you participate in, you will be given 3000 miles. The miles will be with United's Mileage Plus program and you will be asked to provide your United Mileage Plus account number at the end of each completed survey. The miles will be credited to your United account within three to four weeks of completing the survey. Once in your account, your miles can be used as you would use them with United Airlines or any of their 13 Star Alliance international partners.
