Not enough quality research is done with individuals like you to actively solicit your real opinions and preferences. Few companies listen carefully to you. As a result, the products you buy and the services you receive do not always meet your expectations. Here’s your chance to change that.

We have created the Affluent-Dynamics Panel to provide individuals like you an opportunity to directly influence the design and delivery of the products and services that are important to you and your family.

How Do You Benefit From Being a Member of the Panel?
There are two direct benefits to joining and remaining a member of the panel…

1	Your voice will be heard and listened to by key decision makers at the companies and institutions that produce the products and services you use. You will directly influence the way these products are created, marketed and delivered to you.
2	By participating in the occasional Internet surveys and group discussions, you will earn valuable rewards in the form of airline miles* from the largest airline network in the world. Actual miles will be credited directly to your own frequent-flier account to use as you wish domestically or internationally. You will receive a minimum of 3,000 miles for every survey you complete.

What We Ask of You

	From time to time, you will be asked to participate in marketing research surveys concerning areas of interest to you. The research will be conducted over a secure Internet connection at times convenient to you. We will ask you to participate in from four to six surveys each year. At anytime, you may elect not to participate or “opt-out” of the panel.
	Occasionally, you may be asked to participate in group discussions with other people like yourself at a location near your home.
	When you participate in the research, we may also ask you about your experiences in terms of overall satisfaction with the research process and any suggestions you may have. We are always interested in your suggestions for improving the process and areas of personal interest that you think we should research.

What We Guarantee You

	Your identity remains anonymous but your unique opinions and preferences will be heard by the key people responsible for developing the products and services of interest to you.
	Highly secure encrypted personal data protection. Your personal data and responses to any surveys in which you participate will only be used on an aggregate basis. There will be no way for anyone to identify you through the data or responses you provide as an individual.
	No one will solicit your business. There will be no advertising on the site. Your private information will not be passed on to or shared with any other entities or individuals. We promise total confidentiality, discretion and protection of your privacy.

The frequent flyer reward program works as follows for Panel members: For every online survey you complete or focus group you participate in, you will be given 3000 miles. The miles will be with United's Mileage Plus program and you will be asked to provide your United Mileage Plus account number at the end of each completed survey. The miles will be credited to your United account within three to four weeks of completing the survey. Once in your account, your miles can be used as you would use them with United Airlines or any of their 13 Star Alliance international partners.
